Parts 🔑
✅ Trigger 🎯:
The main component is pulled by the shooter’s finger to initiate the firing sequence.
✅ Disconnector 🔗:
A small part that connects the trigger to the hammer. It ensures that the hammer is released only when the trigger is released.
✅ Hammer 🔨:
A component that strikes the firing pin, initiating the firing of the round when released by the trigger.
✅ Sear 🎚️:
This part holds the hammer in a cocked position until the trigger is pulled. When the trigger is pulled, the sear releases the hammer, allowing it to strike the firing pin.
✅ Trigger Return Spring 🧢:
A spring that pushes the trigger back into its original position after it is released, resetting the trigger mechanism for the next shot.
✅ Trigger Guard 🛡️:
A protective housing around the trigger provides support and safety by preventing accidental trigger pulls.
✅ Safety Selector 🔒:
A lever that allows the shooter to select between different firing modes, such as safe, semi-automatic, and automatic.
✅ Pistol Grip 🖐️:
The handle that the shooter holds onto while operating the rifle. It often contains a trigger and provides a comfortable grip.
✅ Trigger Pin 🔩:
A pin that holds the trigger assembly in place, ensuring it remains securely attached to the receiver.
✅ Hammer Spring 🌟:
A spring that provides tension to the hammer, helping it reset after each shot.
How It Works 💼
Initial Position 🔒: The trigger is in its resting position, ready to be engaged by the shooter’s finger. The hammer is held back by the sear, preventing it from striking the firing pin.
Trigger Pull 🎯: The shooter pulls the trigger, exerting pressure on it.
Trigger Release 🚀: As the shooter continues to pull the trigger, the disconnector engages with the trigger, keeping it connected to the hammer.
Hammer Release 🔨: When the trigger is fully pulled, the sear is disengaged, releasing the hammer. The hammer moves forward under the pressure of the hammer spring.
Firing Pin Contact ⚡: The hammer strikes the firing pin, which in turn strikes the primer of the cartridge, initiating the firing sequence.
Bullet Ignition 💥: The primer ignites the propellant in the cartridge, creating a controlled explosion that propels the bullet out of the barrel.
Trigger Reset 🔄: After the bullet is fired and the pressure on the trigger is released, the trigger return spring pushes the trigger back to its initial position, resetting the trigger mechanism for the next shot.

FosTech developed three modes of operation for Safe Echo semi-automatic triggers, which include AR-II peculiarities to be installed on the AK-47 rifle platforms. These Echo AK-47 black triggers are designed for the common stamped models. These triggers will work well for rifles with a full auto-bolt carrier.
Video review
Pros:
Stamped standard AK’s hammer is usually too high to let the bolt function; in Echo, the hammer works well, while holding the trigger.
Cons:
Need a list of rifles it will function in;
Not as easy as plug and play;
The hammer can break in half;
Fostech forgot to test to get it to fit in a heavy-walled stamped receiver;
The hammer spring pressure pushing against the bolt and carrier is too high and causes binding in the rear position.
Single-stage triggers were developed to operate without fitting with most AKs, which have a rivet (not bigger than 0.062 inches tall) for the trigger guard rear, usually acting as an anti-slapp function. A higher rivet, than admitted one, can reduce necessary clearance, and cause the disconnector damage. To avoid trigger slap, it’s necessary to shave down the rivet, not the disconnector tail. ALG Defense recommends a qualified gunsmith to install and make all fire control groups fitting.
Century Arms designed double hook triggers (with an advanced relief cut), which can replace single hook triggers, being stronger. This single-stage trigger group consists of a disconnector with a spring, a hammer with a spring, a trigger, and a sleeve. The disconnector has passed high round count tests to exclude the slap of the trigger and folding of the engagement surface. Century Arms triggers are compatible with the N-PAP, N-PAP DF, M90 NP, M92 PV, O-PAP, and other Yugo AK rifle and pistol versions.

Hello,
I wanted to share that I upgraded my AR15 with a Geiselle S3G trigger assembly which has a short reset time and incredible speed. Highly recommend it! Can you please confirm if there is a similar product available for the AK47 rifle?
Although some may have different opinions, I find the RSA trigger to be the most superior one I have used so far. It is highly customizable, and my personal experience with it has shown no problems with reliability. In particular, I have set it for a 2-stage pull, with a 2nd stage measuring 2.8 lbs, along with a JTE hammer spring, and have been able to eliminate all overtravel. Though some individuals have expressed reluctance towards using the JTE spring, my personal experience has shown no issues with reliability.
I find it interesting. All the information that I have come across suggests that switching to the G2 trigger is an effective solution for curing trigger slap caused by Century triggers.
