How to disassemble a Glock 42 magazine?

There are a few things you’ll need to do to properly disassemble a Glock 42 magazine.

– The first is to make sure that the firearm is unloaded and that there is no ammunition in the chamber.

– Start by gripping the magazine with your thumb and index finger and pushing down on the follower with your middle finger. This will cause the slide lock to protrude from the bottom of the magazine.

– Then, use your thumb to push down on the slide lock and hold it in place while you remove your index finger from the mag. You can now lift the baseplate of the magazine and remove it from the body. Be careful not to lose any of the small parts that come off with it.

– With the baseplate removed, you can now see the magazine spring and follower.

– The next step is to remove the follower by pushing it up and out of the mag body. You may need to use a small tool to help with this, as the spring tension can make it difficult to remove by hand.
