The marks on them suggest issues with the tools used, or potentially incorrect temperature during the brass forming process. An alarming number of the cases exhibit cracks encircling the entire shoulder area, from the neck to the body.
My local FedEx courier recently delivered a Sinclair Box, which contained 100 rounds of WIN 7mm WSM brass. I wasted no time in opening it. Upon initial inspection, none of my cases appear to present the issues you’ve mentioned. However, I must note that I haven’t fired any of them as yet.
